At Cheap Sarto Tone, we want you to love every piece in your order as much as we love curating our collections. If your denim, co-ords, or casual wear doesn’t fit quite right, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on jumpsuits that have had the hygiene seal removed or show signs of wear.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fashion finds:
- Contact our Style Squad at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Package your items securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our Lichfield headquarters using a tracked service (see address below)
- Email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
Want a different size or color in our denim or co-ord collections? Simply follow the return process above and include a note specifying your preferred exchange item. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:
- Jumpsuits with removed hygiene seals
- Personalized or custom items
- Items purchased during final sale promotions
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item from our trousers or casual wear collections, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
