Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece of our curated denim, co-ords, and casual wear collections. If something doesn’t fit just right, our straightforward returns process makes it simple.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include your order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jumpsuits with removed hygiene seals or signs of wear
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Lichfield headquarters using a tracked service
  5. Email us the tracking number so we can monitor your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Exchanges

Want a different size or color in our denim or co-ord collections?

  • Include a note specifying your preferred exchange item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Faulty Items
